If you are not able to download the software you require from our download area,
we will send you the software by email.

If the new version has the same main version number as your registered version (1.0, 1.1, 1.2, ...), you can upgrade free of charge. You can upgrade in two different ways.
Fill in the support form We will then send the licence key to the email address you gave us when you purchased the software.
Please enter the order number or the invoice number.
You do not need to open the licence file to register your product.
Yes. To do so, select the message file(s) you want to re-import in Windows Explorer and
drag them into the appropriate Outlook folder holding the left mouse button down.
However, you will only be able to use all of the message functions (Reply, Forward, etc.)
in files you archived in Outlook message format.
Check that your CD/DVD drive is enabled for CD recording.
Open Windows Explorer, right click on the CD/DVD drive and then select Properties Click on the Recording tab and make sure Enable CD recording on this drive is checked.
Open the Control Panel.
Select Add or Remove Software. Scroll to mail2disk in the window that opens and click Remove.
